Dear overseas customers
Stampedia Auction 32nd sale lot between 828 and 1199 was offered through an auto-live bidding system at Philasearch.com (hereinafter we call as “PH”), which was reported that some technical trouble occurred on the following two sections.
- PH failed to receive some bidder’s online actions for 26 lots between lot 828 and 946.
- PH was stopped just after lot. 946 was finished, and resumed after long delay of two hours interval ; Bug fix and system test.
We received a technical trouble report for our customer from Mr. Franz Fedra, Philasearch, on Jan. 19th, 2025, which is listed in the latter part of this post and they also offered us a list of missing date for the trouble 1 which was created from a kind of a log file.
With an analysis of this missing data offered by Philasearch, we come to the conclusion that the following six lots have more than two live bidders, and can not decide the successful bidders for each lot.
Lot. 867, 868, 875, 882, 893, 894
So we’ve decided to withdraw the above six lots, which will be auctioned in the upcoming 33rd sale in April, 2025.
We also decided the successful bidder with this newly offered data for 20 lots between 828 and 1199, and we hope this newly offered data is correct.
Last but not least, Mr. Franz Fedra wrote this is not a fault of Stampedia Auction, inc. but we would also like to apology for the inconvenience caused.

Dear STAMPEDIA collectors and customers!
We would like to apologize for the confusion caused by yesterday’s
online auction. It was a fault of Philasearch, and not a fault of Stampedia Auction, inc.
A technical error meant that at times bidders between lot 828 to 946,
were unable to see when a lot had been awarded to them. However
we can guarantee you, that every bid was recorded and the highest
bidder won the lot.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Philasearch.com soon and
remain
with best regards
Your Philasearch.com team
